I found this recipe here.

1 generous pork butt about 5 lbs.
1 large can green enchilada sauce
Dash garlic salt.

Trim any excess fat from the pork butt. Brown on all sides and put in crock pot. Cover with large can of green enchilada sauce. Cook all day until meat is tender and falls from bone and easily shreds. Use as taco or burrito meat.
